- Customized and AR products may require additional processing time.
Shipping Timeline
- Domestic (India): 4–8 business days
- International: 7–15 business days (depending on destination)
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which must be paid by the customer.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Because most Y dix products are custom-made and personalized, we follow a limited return policy.

❌ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos of the issue
- We will review and offer a replacement or refund if approved
💸 Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for approved cases
- Processed to the original payment method
- Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider
🔁 Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before processing begins
- Once production has started, cancellations are not allowed
🌍 International Orders
- International shipping is available
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees
- Y dix is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
