3. AR Content Usage & Safety

• Safety Warning: Please be aware of your surroundings when using the AR scanner. Do not use this feature while walking, driving, or in dangerous environments.
• Y dix is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from lack of attention to surroundings while using the app.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any AR content, videos, or digital experiences associated with Y dix products.

4. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, customization, or external factors.
• Y dix is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Customized and personalized products (including AR Frames and printed items) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or defective.
• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, logos, text, images, AR assets, and branding — is the exclusive property of Y dix.
